1. What Are Non-Exclusive Beats?
Non Exclusive beats are beats where
the producer is giving the buyer the right to use the beat, but the Producer
owns the rights to the beat. The Producer can sell a Non Exclusive beat multiple
times as the producer retains the rights to the beat.
2. What Are Exclusive Beats?
Exclusive beats are beats that once they are sold, the buyer gains all right to
that beat and that buyer only. AmazinjMuzik.com can longer sell that beat, as
the buyer owns the rights to the beat. The buyer must give credit on
songs/albums to AmazinjMuzik.com
3. Will the tag Still be there once beat(s) is purchased?
NO. You will receive an encoded MP3 file of the untagged song
4. If I purchase Exclusive Rights to a beat(s) will I get project files?
Yes. Project files/session files are sent seperately after Exclusive Purchase
and will be sent via email or on a CD to buyers preferred address.
5. Do you use samples in your beats?
Some beats do have samples, and its the buyers resonsibility to clear samples.

6. What is your return policy?
We are offer digital products, there is no returns or refunds on purchases. If
you cannot get our links to download your beat(s), email
support@amazinjmuzik.com, and we will help you get your beats.
7. What format do the beats come in?
All the beats on our site are direct mp3 downloads sampled at 192k or higher.
8. Can I use these beats on my album? Demo? Mix-tape? Shows?
Yes. You may also use the beat and or beats for non-profit promotional use or
demos. You have full rights to record or add to the beat/song in any shape, way,
or form (except reselling the beat or altering the original beat)
9. Can I sell the song(s) I make with these beat(s)?
Yes. All recordings can then be distributed at your price for up to 2,000
copies. Selling more than 2,000 copies means you must acquire a new lease
non-exclusive or exclusive rights.
10. How do I pay?
we accept payments from paypal and any major credit card. no checks or money
orders. Just check the box next to the beat(s) you wish to purchase, and click
Buy Now.
11. Do I own the track after I buy it?
No. If purchasing a 24.95 lease, AmazinjMuzik.com retains rights to the beat and
can re-sell. All non exclusive beats are LEASED not SOLD. You are leasing the
rights to use it. By downloading the track, you are bound to the terms and
conditions of non exclusive use. All tracks are downloaded from the site and do
not come with printed terms. If Exclusive beat(s) are purchased, the buyer owns
the full rights to the beat(s) and cannot be re-sold, and an Exclusive agreement
will be printed and signed by the buyer.
12. Can I rearrange or modify the beat?
Yes. you can edit the beat any way you like. If looking to shorten or lengthen
the beat(s), we can do if for you at and extra $10 charge.
